Thomas H. Perrine, 61 of Utica passed away on February 2, 2025 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus. He was born on February 23, 1963 in Newark, OH to the late Jackson A. and Norma J. (Perrine) Perrine.

Thom was a handyman and was always tinkering and fixing things. He had worked for the Village of Martinsburg. He enjoyed traveling to West Virginia, stargazing and fishing. Most of all he enjoyed playing with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Shawna L. (Frazier) Perrine; children, Sarena Perrine, Andrea Perrine, Misty (Michael) Warner, Amanda Holtz, Skylin (Jeremy Morris) Walker and Josh Mason; grandchildren, Jeremy Morris, Jr., Everleigh Morris, Josephine Morris and Kyndal Mason; sisters, Sandra Jobes, Jaqueline Sales, Debra Kay Perrine Levingston and Arna J. McKee; mother-in-law, Barbara Frazier; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Nicole Perrine; and brother, David A. (Debra) Perrine.

A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at the Martinsburg Church of Christ, 126 South St., Martinsburg with Pastor Don Allen officiating. The family will receive friends from 11-1pm prior to the service.
