Utica: A graveside service for Vaughn Dale Lewis Jr., 59 of Utica, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday May 29, 2014, at Southlawn Cemetery with Pastor Mark Nodo officiating.

Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday May 27, 2014 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N Main St., Utica,

Vaughn, died May 23, 2014 at his residence. He was born August 19, 1954, in Mount Vernon to Vaughn D. and Carolyn (Earlewine) Lewis Sr.

He was a 1972 Utica High School graduate, formerly employed by Alan Crescuillo DC of Mount Vernon.

He is survived by his mother, Carolyn (Earlewine) Harrah, Step-sons, Justin Altizer, Ted Snyder, Step-daughter, Katie Snyder, Brother, Richard J. and Janice Harrah Jr., three nieces, one nephew, two great-nieces and one great-nephew and many, many friends.

He is preceded in death by his fathers, Vaughn D. Lewis Sr. and Richard J. Harrah, Sr. brother, Gerry L. Harrah Sr. grandparents Isaac and Mary Earlewine.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
