Virginia M. Cochran
Utica - A funeral service for Virginia M. Cochran, 83, a 57 year resident of Utica and long time reisdent of Oak Hill Manor, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Law-Baker Funeral Home with Pastors Wesley Fredericks and Jason Harding officiating. Burial will follow in Eastview Cemetery, Centerburg.
Friends may call 2-4 p.m.and 6-8 p.m., Friday, January 25, 2013 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N Main St., Utica.
Virginia died January 19, 2013 at Bennington Glen, Marengo. She was born February 7, 1929, in Bloomingdale, Ohio to the late Charles C. and Pearl L. (Bondy) Armstrong.
Virginia was a devoted and loving mother. Family was most important to her. Virginia was a member of Utica Senior Citizens.
She is survived by her daughter, Debra (Carl Dugan) Six of Newark, three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law, Clyde (Bonnie) Armstrong of Howard, Leroy (Linda) Armstrong of Sebring, FL, Damon (Faye) Armstrong of Marion, sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathryn (William) Hinton, Jr. of Mount Vernon, Linda (Edwin) Roshon of Sunbury, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Cochran, sisters and brother, Dorothy Armstrong, Alice Wright, Opal Heldreth and Carl Armstrong.
