Vivian E. Nobilucci

A private service for Vivian E. Nobilucci was held Friday, November 22, with Chaplain Anthony Payton officiating.

Vivian, 82, died November 18, 2013 at Flint Ridge Nursing & Rehab Center, Newark. She was born October 22, 1931, in Utica to the late Burl and Elnora (Morgan) Skeen.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Rod and Gloria Starcher of Newark, daughter and son-in-law Teddi Roach Plummer (Harry), South Lake Tahoe, CA, stepson Kurvin Roach of Indiana, sister-in-law Marcia Skeen of Michigan, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by step-children Don Nobilucci, Larry and Faith Nobilucci, Rita and Jim Ashbrook, Mary Jean and Tom Asher all of Johnstown, nine step-grandchildren and seven step great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Mario James Nobilucci, sons, Sheldon Roach and Randy Starcher, and brother Fred Skeen.

Vivian requested no public services.
