Walter Eugene Jasper, 92 of Centerburg passed away on October 21, 2025 at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born on January 2, 1933 in Columbus, OH to the late William Walter and Alice Marie (Runkel) Jasper.

Walter was a longtime employee of North American Aviation, Boeing, McDonald Douglas and GE.

He is survived by his son, Steven (Rebecca) Jasper; daughter, Linda King; grandson, Steven Jasper II; step-granddaughters, Chantel Lawsen, Jennifer Cox and Amber Willis; 12 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Ann (Burns) Jasper; son, Robert Jasper; son-in-law, Rocky King; and step-father, Fred Rose.

No services will be held at this time. He will be buried at Homer Cemetery at a later date.
