A funeral service for William E. Dietzel, Jr., 58, of Croton will be held at 12pm on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Liberty United Methodist Church, 3375 Dutch Lane Rd., Johnstown with Pastor Bryan Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Township Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10am-12pm prior to the service at the church.
Bill graduated from Northridge High School and worked for Tech International for 24 years. He loved hunting, fishing and hanging out with his friends.
Bill passed away on November 17, 2021 of COVID at Licking Memorial Hosptial. He was born March 15, 1963 in Newark to the late William E. and Mae Eloise (Ellas) Dietzel, Sr.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Gidget (Bailey) Dietzel; daughters, Lexi Dietzel and Nicki (Daniel) Harding; grandchildren, Issac and Damien Harding; sisters, Nancy (Dean) Runyon, Sandy Hubbard, Susie (Paul) Robertson, Brenda (Jeff) Edler; brother-in-law, Denver (Misty) Bailey; sister-in-law, Jessica Bailey; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family would like to thank Licking Memorial Hospital ICU COVID Unit for their wonderful care.
