A funeral service for William Millard, 68, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at Law-Baker Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service. Pastor Bob Long will officiate. Burial will follow in South Lawn Cemetery.
Mr. Millard passed away November 3, 2016 at Pine Kirk Care Center, Kirkersville. He was born February 3, 1948, in Toledo.
Bill was an Army veteran and enjoyed social events, playing bingo, cards, music, movies and painting. His favorite food was pizza.
